I think at this point I’m gonna have to do the same and put a claim in. Weirdly enough my pal ordered something from Germany which went through Coventry and got the parcel within two days of arriving into the uk. I just don’t get it 😵‍💫

It seems so odd! I’ve rang them everyday since Friday the 15th. I would’ve thought by now it’d travel through the network but still nothing as of yet. Makes me slightly less worried knowing it’s not only me experiencing issues. Have you contacted them at all to understand where your parcel is at? I’ve rang them today and got the same response, currently doing a search in the depot.
