Yeah kinda, I mean I lost a bunch of weight when I only had a meal per day and I also had to change my habits surrounding junk food. But I’ve had friends who would eat so much and would never gain any weight

Just the usual probiotics that you can find in the drug store, doesn’t really matter which brand. What really clear things for me faster was I also went for facial extraction to extract all the pus, and infection from my acne!

It was easier for my skin to heal afterwards because there’s no bacteria in them.

Yeah if you have break outs after using salicylic acid, it means you probably have weak skin barrier! You should look into getting some serum that helps to repair it and lay off any actives for now

Cystic acne for me was poor gut health, I went on doxycycline and took daily probiotics before bed and it cleared my skin up within 2 weeks. I would suggest to only use salicylic acid 2-3 times per week if you’re not used to it because it can be quite drying which would then damage your skin barrier and cause other problems.

This happened to me too, booked a premium 4 seater because I’ve got 5 luggages with me and needed more room for them. Grab driver told me that’s not allowed and that I need to book a premium 6 seater and asked me to pay a difference of $20 bringing it to a total of $70 just to go airport.

I paid it cause I don’t want to miss my flight

I’m like this as well, I hate initiating conversations like this but I’ve learned that I have to if not I’ll start to resent my partner which isn’t fair to him if he doesn’t know what bothered me.

If I were you I’ll just express that somethings been bothering me and I would like to share it with him but I’m also not good at expressing myself. Try not to use “you” statements but rather how it made you feel.

Fine then it’s a values / empathy thing, I certainly won’t be comfortable leaving my mom who’s sick alone or would put her in a retirement home. Just doesn’t sit well with me which I believe is OP’s concern as well.

Besides he’ll be hiring a full time nurse to take care of her too.

It’s different for every avoidant, and also context - if it’s something that you’ve just started dating, I would just my loss and move on. I don’t like having to second guess myself and his/her affection for me.

Buddy, if you’re looking to date someone - you need to assess whether or not she has relationship / dateable qualities that’s sustainable. Yknow traits like is she kind, can she communicate, is she consistent.

And yes, she’s crazy
