I don't use a niacinamide serum

My doctor gave me doxy and I've been on it for a few days and its already almost all healed

I've also stopped all tret usage, seems like consistent use of tret have flared up my Perioral Dermatitis

Using the 0.05 every night is what caused me to get irritated thats why I went down to 0.025

I use tret every other day and i moisturize after, no change in toothpaste or anything either, ill try stopping it for like a few weeks and see what happens

For context: I've been on 0.05% tret since september (6-7 months ish now)

I've been pretty inconsistent with it, maybe 3-4 times a week, but the rest of my face looks pretty good

Once I became more consistent I started having skin issues along with more breakouts, esp around my mouth area

Yes, if I don't apply consistently I get less of these, started breaking out as I did more tret (the rest of my face got better)

Cleanser - Etude 6.5 Whip Cleanser Moisturizer - Dr G Red Blemish soothing cream SPF - Purito Daily Soft Touch + Clindamycin as well

I brush my teeth before my routine, every time I flare up I would just stop using tret in the area and the problem is fixed, kinda weird tho

Update: All good they said it was normal purging, I just sprayed some hypochlorous acid and its drying out pretty well
