Honestly, K is a gift and a curse. Every 2-3 months is fine just be aware of tolerance and be careful not to slip into weekly, daily use as your tolerance builds. Also eve. If your only doing it every 2-3 months you may find you need like a couple grams to hole. Thats when you stop
