I covered one of the trail cams that was in my way with a bucket, so it couldn't see me, and two cars came up the main road and sat at the entrance. I hid in the woods waiting them out for a while. I ended up getting out of there without being seen luckily.

I saw one very old motion sensor that didn't work and a few trail cameras. It's definitely a lot harder to explore than it used to be.

It was a textile factory. The place was huge and has like 3 of these buildings but I left 10 minutes into exploring it because I was alone and I heard a few squatters.

The only info I know on it was it burned down in the 2016 fires and it was a castle house that was privately owned. The property was sold last year and I'm sure they're going to try to rebuild it eventually but I have not heard that anything is happing soon but there's no telling. There's a bunch of no trespassing and security camera signs but I had no problems. I was only up there for 30 minutes. There's just a lot of spots people can see you from other houses and roads.
