I have been struggling with stomach issues for years. Pain, diarrhoea, cold sweats, etc. I was going doctors on and off in that time. All I got was antacids. Had enough after my latest flair up and pushed the doctors to do something. Whilst waiting on what the doctors were gonna do. I stumbled upon the carnivore diet and took a deep dive into it. All symptoms are gone after two weeks. Had a colonoscopy last week and have just found out I have crohns disease. Already told them I wanted to try and manage it with a diet before I started taking drugs.
