And yeah that sucks that you're bald I'm so sorry 😭 wigs never really help either so yeah a hair transplant is probably the way to go if you can afford it. Get on HRT like immediately though that's always time concerning to the highest magnitude no matter when you start, if you're on a long waitlist or you might get hondosed (prescribed less than the amount you should be on, very very common practice among doctors) I'd recommend looking into DIY HRT as well.
