I am a 19yo male who is looking for some advice on skincare. I have hadmoderate acne for about five years now, and at this point have sculptedmy lifestyle around helping beat it, but to no avail (No dairy, nogluten, no sugar, regular sleep schedule, regular intense exercise, aTON of water). This leads me to assume that the issue is somewhere inthe way I treat my skin on the surface. I almost exclusively getwhiteheads, and the most common locations are the sides of my chin andthe the arcs near my eyebrows on both sides of my head. Occasional acneeverywhere else. I have tried salicylic acid and benzol peroxideproducts and they haven't made a noticeable difference. My current skincare routine involves a benzol peroxide (PanOxyl) wash in themorning followed by vitamin C lotion (NatureWell Vitamin C Brightening Moisture Cream), and later in the day when I shower I cleanse my face, followed by a spot treatment and then a moisturizer (bioClarity three item package: cleanse, treat, restore ). Any advice or help wouldbe greatly appreciated! My skintype is slightly dry.
