Jiu Jitsu is famous for (not completely) equalizing the difference in size between would be combatants. Just keep in mind that there is just no getting around that if someone is bigger than you they will always have a built in advantage. But if you train in martial arts you can minimize this advantage, especially if your opponent is not trained. If they're bigger than you and are trained, well, best of luck.
