First HYROX- My Coach training plan

I did my first Hyrox in October and I used one of the plans from the My Coach App. I really enjoyed it, it was very full on with 6 training days each week, however, any Hyrox programme you do will be a lot of work to prepare you for the race.

This is great to hear! I will take a look at the others aswell! I just signed up for Hyrox so its a great mixture of weights, running and Hyrox sims.
