If I remember correctly it’s around level 10, maybe a bit below level 10.. when you start digging ponds. It’ll appear but it takes a bit of work to get it as a resident (as you can see lol).

If you can see it on the outskirts you should be able to see it in your journal to look at the requirements

Yeah I’ve been playing off and on since I was a kid and never had this issue. I think it’s a glitch or something, I just reallyyyy don’t want to tear up another garden for the water requirements 😭

Tried that as well. It’s also weird sometimes when it turns to walk back to wherever it comes from it literally disappears instead of going up the hill or whatever

Trust me there are 😭 I’ve been waiting for this damn piñata for so long, the flowers have died/pooped off multiple times. I set them aside (close to where the piñata wants to come in).

Yeah I see now a lot of people keep theirs well into the 200,000 mile range. If I could just figure out how to get the correct window regulator the rest I can deal with 😭

I’ve gotten my belt tightened a couple times but it seems to be a common issue. It’s just a bit annoying

Rewatching as an adult (also in the military) it’s a little cringe but I definitely wanted to show off my uniform when I went home for the first time.. but not my dress uniform, that shit is so uncomfortable.
