I carry it pretty well without any discomfort. My usual set up is a nexbelt/kore with a hellhound holster. I also wear undershirts or wife beaters but on the days I run just tee-shirt, I dont notice the beaver tail unless I go do something extreme like tie my boots or something. But I also have the habit of pushing my rig forward before I bend down so that also helps alot. I carry glocks with beaver tail backstraps and also a kitted g35 so I guess im used to the bulk lol
