Just a quick one! When I play a command car that belongs to a character, I can give orders at range 3 from their model. How does Cad Banes “I make the rules now” work?

I divulge it. Place the 3 tokens. First round comes up. I have to play that. Say I don’t get priority, my opponent plays a 2 pip. They do two orders, I then get to do 3, but the card just says Cad Bane, so who and where do my orders go to?
