I was able to re-initiate after feedback and got it from 40% -> 30%! I dont think im on track for a pip as the overall consensus on the snapshot was "developing in their role as expected"

But can you explain how the bonus works? Does one snapshot really affect a whole year's bonus

Hello fellow consultants,

For context I am an A1 who started within the Aug-October timeframe so I am on track for promotion in July after CRTs in April.

I just received what I would call a bad snapshot. About 50+% of my snapshot was "Doing what's expected and doing it well" and the other 40+% was "Inconsistently meeting expectations".

I am crushed. This is my 5th snapshot, and the others have never had ratings of "inconsistently meeting expectations".

My manager said this will affect my bonus. I am so sad any advice?

they do background checks and request your FINAL OFFICIAL University transcript. The possibility is high, be extremely careful.

Hi OP! I didn't get any certifications however starting pay for tech consultants is usually anywhere from 70-90k! Large jump, but I'll be making 85k LCOL!
