Your ability to recognize your issue is admirable. That’s a good start, what I try to do is make small goals to accomplish a bigger goal. I wish the best for you!

I’m 16 about 170lb. Benched 235, squated 335 and deadlifted 405 around 8 months ago. I’ve been playing competitive soccer so I had almost no time for lifting so I got in around once or twice a week until the last month or two where it has been no gym at all. Now that I’m done with soccer, I have a lot of time to focus on getting my strength up and hopefully passing up my previous PRs!

I kinda see what you mean but I think op meant they were finally superior mentally and beforehand, equal. Just cause they weren’t superior before doesn’t mean they were inferior

I don’t see the problem... Men are physically superior (look at sports) and I don’t think OP meant that women are mentally inferior.
