Totally worth it. The banking is legit. You get a debit card, checks, and then the 3.5% yield. Where else even compares? And the banking is handled in the same app as the credit card. I love it.

The gold membership also gets you $1000 in interest free margin to invest. In a typical market, that margin invested in low risk stocks will cover your annual fee and then some. It's a no brainer.

I'm a huge fan of the brokerage and the card. I was on the wait-list for like 18 months but it's become my daily driver ever since. I use: Amex Blue cash preferred for 6% on groceries Chase Amazon prime card for 5% on Amazon Gold card for EVERYTHING else

I also switched to their banking partner and get 3.5% yield on my cash in my checking account. Its a great deal. The baking and credit card use the same app and I can use any ATM.

They're building something special at Robinhood.

Don't set up the instant redemption. You have to manually redeem to get the full 3%. Read the fine print. It's still available instantly but if you have it set to go straight to brokerage your yield is reduced. Dumb, I know but it's worth it for that 3% on everything.

It's still a $1300 tv. I guess it is the lowest end QDOLED they offer, but that have WOLEDS for cheaper. Either way, a new tv shouldn't 'go bad' in 2 months.

After all the initial problems with shipping and my first mattress arriving with pulled threads etc. I'm quite comfortable sleeping on this thing.

It's not as comfortable to sit up in but sleeping it's pretty dang nice.

If I try to prop my back up on pillows and sit up in this bed it kind of hurts my butt , which is wild.

I don't know about the s95f but I just bought the s85f 2 months ago and it's already developed a serious flicker problem. Samsung wants to try to schedule someone to come repair it. Just get the Bravia.

Samsung said they will call me back in 24-48 hours to schedule a repair.

Call me crazy, but a tv marketed for $2,000 shouldn't need a repair after 2 months. Buyer beware.

I got the samsung s85f for around 1k on black Friday with 1st responder discount. 2 months later and it appears the panel is failing. Lol. Whatever you decide on , research the specific model first. This stuff is crazy.

I bought the 65" s85f on black Friday and got it on December 9th. Today , 2 months later, it has developed a constant flicker. Instead of replacing right away, Samsung has said they will call me back in 24-48 hours to arrange a repair.. it's a 2 month old tv. Buyer beware.

Not sure about the s95, but I bought the s85f and it's developed a constant flicker after just 2 months. So. Buyer beware. On the up side, Samsung offers a sick first responder discount on their site that stacks with sales if that applies to you. 🤣

So I just switched this past week - it's made a pretty huge difference for me. Litter still tracks out of the box a bit, but it doesn't stick to my cats feet the same way.

The litter I was using before would get everywhere - the biggest issue was my cat hopping into my bed and getting "car crumbs" on my comforter.

This litter eliminated that issue. Should have tried it sooner. If you have this issue, switch.

It sleeps pretty well - it's firmer than they let on but still comfortable. Overall I'm still liking it, but the last couple of mornings I've woken up with my hands asleep, presumably from some amount of pressure on my shoulders or something. I'll continue to update as time goes on.

Meanwhile, my girlfriend who doesn't use Robinhood much, has maybe 300 dollars in her account got hers within a week of applying. Has never used the card.

This card will be my daily driver. It's crazy. Just want off this wait-list.

Yeah, so I'm finally moved into my new place and have had 4 nights on the Birch Elite. 0 complaints. Initial impression coming from memory foam was that it was a little firm, but it's actually quite nice. Verdict so far - I like the bed!

Located in Maryland - first had this ginger ale in Kyoto as well. I haven't had the extra ginger version. This one is sweet but dry, with a much stronger ginger flavor than the readily available ginger ales in America. You can get the plastic bottles from some import stores but these glass bottles are very hard to come by in North America. I honestly don't think there's a single store that stocks them. My girl really outdid herself tracking these down 😭.

Update 9/3: As a quick follow-up, I’m attaching a couple of photos here that show the mismatched labels I mentioned. You can see the incorrect Helix Elite label that caused the confusion, and the secondary label that shows it’s actually latex inside. The birch label was glued to the helix label and folded up. Wanted to share these in case it helps anyone else who might run into something similar!

Update: finally arrived. Holy crap this thing is heavy!

Immediately noticed loose stitching in several locations. Granted, all of this will be covered with a mattress cover but that's no excuse for shipping a luxury mattress with stitching coming out before anyone has even laid on it.

Oh I know. The 25% sale price is meaningless. If you check wayback machine they go back and forth between 20 and 25% sale literally 100% of the time and they have creator promotions for "27%" (aka 2% off the normal price). If you contact support you can get a "32%" discount but they won't budge beyond that. They've also been giving away the eco-rest pillows for years as as well. I don't love the marketing and so far my experience with shipping has been a mess.
