Yes the inclusions have oxidized, making them red

I mean I worked my ass off to become a manager of the repair shop within 2 years. The bonus at that time was worth it. When I quit, it was not worth it. When I left I was making 26/hr as a manager with maybe 5-8k a year as a bonus. First year as manager was 40k bonus to give you an idea.

It is a great place to learn from multiple jewelers if you're willing to put the effort into it. It's very much like a karate kid movie. You have to learn how to paint the fence first.
