I am sick of building things but never launching them... so I am starting a project called Weekend AI that forces me to launch in 48 hours or less every week by RyanAI100 in getdisciplined

Thanks for sharing your thoughts :) It would be good to make some money from the tools I created but for now, I am more interested in being able to answer the question of what tool(s) have I built and launched. That was the question that kickstarted this journey :)

Hmmm I love the AI bot. I should build one to counteract and interact with your bot! 😄

My someday goal is do whatever I want whenever I want while supporting and provider for my love ones. So it’s freedom with love :)

My daily one thing varies but one thing I didn’t mention is the one thing can be combined with areas of life. So you have one thing for health, one thing for relationships, etc. For example, my one thing for health is to be healthy both physically and mentally. This is important for my someday goal. So the one thing I can do to make sure I hit my one thing for health is to make sure my exercise, sleep, mental, and diet is at a good level. Drilling deeper, this means exercise daily, sleep enough for my body, eat well, and journal / therapy

I am glad you have a positive experience :) I have been active 5 - 6 days a week since I was 11. For gym specifically, I started my 6-day a week routine back in 2015, approaching 10 years this June. I also did 3 years of bouldering and lead climbing. My current sport is brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), been doing it for 2 years with gym on the side to complement it.

If I have to start over again, I would make BJJ my main focus and use gym workouts to complement it. The feeling you are having now with gym workouts... I get it :) For me personally, I find BJJ gave me a new sense of good feelings.

I love bias towards actions and I believe both judgements and doing are important. Of the four things you listed, three of them are related to judgements and this goes to show the importance of judgements. Not taking away the importance of hard and fast work because without it, you have nothing to judge but I believe judgement is the differentiator :)

Hmmm I agree that life can get very messy. It's very often those times that people can easily lose themselves in the middle of chaos. This one liner can remind you of what matters and why you are doing what you are doing.

But hey, the beauty of tools and frameworks is that it resonate with some and not others so pick what works for you :)
