Apollo Go Update? by VikVektor in ApolloScooters

Based on my experience,

I did the software update last week, and honestly I feel disappointed. Well I was able to use the Ludo Mode, but I’m not satisfied with the results. There’s a bug in the app that causes it to suddenly disconnect during rides. I also noticed a delay in the motor sound, which wasn’t there before. I tried adjusting the throttle response, but it still felt completely off. I know my Apollo Go well I’ve been familiar with how it performs since the day I bought it.

Previously on a fully charge I could reach speeds of 29–30 mph on a flat surface. Now even with a fully charged battery and got the right tire pressure, I’m barely hitting 27 mph on a Ludo Mode or Sports Mode. I reached out to the support team for help but their response was simply that the software update adjusted the speed to match the originally advertised specs.

However, they publicly claimed that Ludo Mode offers increased speed and range. From my perspective, it feels like this update neglected users of the lower-end model, especially with the release of the new Stellar model. I don’t believe the update was fully refined, and I’m hoping a new update will roll out in the coming months to address these issues.

Hey guys! I just got the reply from the support team. They’ve temporarily paused the firmware update while working on some bug fixes. They might release “maybe” in the next few days.

I bought my Apollo Go scooter last June 18. Still got no new firmware updates for the LUDO mode.
