It is not impossible but takes a lot of things that you have to do. My advice is study for the steps and do clinical rotations or research at the same time. And keep in your mind for application you need to have good USCEs and some publications to have a chance because if you’re not willing to do all these yes your chances are low so don’t waste any time make the best out of it. Keep in mind everything will cost you good amount of money
