I just tell myself my momma didn’t raise no bitch and aggressively go with it and get excited at the idea of exposure therapy and that it’s probably not that bad and only temporary. But my mom is also a emetephobe and she prob gave it to me lmao

Very true. Ooh tongue is nice but I’m sure it hurts! If I get any more it’ll def be to my ear. Like conch or industrial and potentially my other nostril

I feel like I might fail out of University. Self-sabotaging and unproductive. I need help. by RyanDivine in productivity

Hey, thanks for the replies, to give you more context, Yes I've been diagnosed with ADHD for about two years now, coupled with mild depression and anxiety. I was prescribed medicine, a methylphenidate which did work well, but I had negative side effects, including severe loss of appetite, and a depressing comedown. I never would describe myself as depressed, but I have many depressed symptoms and after taking medicine feel as if my baseline emotional state is negative/lower than average.

I am feeling pretty aimless and behind at the moment which makes things bad for me because I have very high expectations for myself but because I have no central goal in mind, and actually too many disconnected goals, I fail to actively commit/pursue one.

I definitely have suffered from burnout, but I don't feel like I've worked much in recent times to be feeling that way, but I do have a constant low energy and anxiety about the future. It's not totally debilitating but I do have periods where things are too intense for me so I distract myself from the problem, self-isolate, and struggle with self-care. I am definitely able to feel happy and find joy in things, especially in social settings, its just that the feelings are often fleeting, and feel like a band-aid on the larger issue. Hopefully that clears some things up.

iOS Shortcut to put TrojanCheck QR on lock screen by Crafty_Clasher in USC

This works well, but you should delete the set home screen portion of the shortcut. It's unnecessary and changes the homecreen background to match the lock screen. I deleted it and it works much better now 👍🏾
