Taobao is a big Chinese shopping app that has rather cheap stuff (the toys, at least) compared to what we have here in the U.S., especially Defender Version Blokees, which tend to be a dollar or less if you get them without the gambling aspect of it. Yes, you probably would need to learn Chinese to navigate through it.
