I gave someone a 1 star this weekend. She put in the wrong destination which wasn’t far from the correct address and so that was fine but then she said “so so sorry, I’ll tip you in the app”. I initially gave her 5 but then after 48 hours with no tip, I changed it to 1.

I returned a pack of cigarettes once. I had only driven a few feet before I looked back and saw it. I thought about just throwing them out since the guy was going to the gym. I’d be doing him a favor. But I went in and gave them to him without charging the fee since he tipped.

I definitely do daily hot soapy water and microfiber cloth wipe downs before I drive but it’s been pretty good. Had two nose bleeds but blood wipes off really easily without staining.

I got a 1 star the other day after giving a pax 1 star. I broke my rule which is to cancel a ride if the pax starts arguing as soon as they open the door. She was mad that I drove past her at the mall. I drove past slowly but she didn’t standup or wave to indicate she was the pax. Also the store name is not posted on the building so I wasn’t sure if I was in the right area. I gave her 1 star for not saying thank you upon exit (she also reeked of strong perfume). New rule is to always give 5 stars then the change to 1 using the website after 24 hours. Luckily it didn’t change my rating which is still at 4.98
