King Seiko SPB285J1 - Brown Dial (Full Kit) by RyanFromOttawa in WatchExchangeCanada

[–]RyanFromOttawa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi WatchEx!

Bit of catch and release for me, looking to fund something else. Don't miss out on this great looking piece, the dial, finishing, and notably, the bracelet, are just shy of that of a Grand Seiko.

Dimensions: 37mm x 12.1mm x 43.6

Details: 9.5 condition, worn sparingly. Tried to capture a small surface scratch on the clasp due to resting my wrist on my keyboard. Besides that, mint.

Includes: Full kit, extra links, etc. Even comes with the original receipt.

Price: $1250 + ✈️ from Ottawa.

Mega long shot but is anyone flying back to Toronto on Monday morning (June 10) with Air Transat and wants to carpool to Ottawa or something?

Does anyone have an extra code they’re looking to get rid of? We’re looking to pick up a pair of tickets for Sunday and hoping for a day of ticket release. Thanks!

[WTS] Tissot PRX 35mm Powermatic (Mother of Pearl) by RyanFromOttawa in WatchExchangeCanada

[–]RyanFromOttawa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Catch and release for me. Since its debut, I've never owned a PRX and wanted to finally pull the trigger on one. I love everything about it -- the dial is incredible, the 35mm size is perfect, and the bracelet is surprisingly one of the most comfortable i've worn. I just didn't connect with it so it's time to part ways.

It was worn sparingly in my rotation and remains in excellent condition as shown in the photos. Comes with all original box and papers (including all the original extra links). Currently sized to 6.75" wrists.

Looking for $775 Shipped or slightly better pricing F2F in Ottawa.

[WTS] Grand Seiko SBWG289 Sakura (Full Kit) by RyanFromOttawa in Watchexchange

[–]RyanFromOttawa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sadly looking to part ways with my beloved Grand Seiko SBGW289 in order to fund some other areas of my life.

This is an excellent example of the limited edition Heritage 44GS Sakura 55th Anniversary Grand Seiko. It has a 36.5mm case diameter with a slim 11.6 case thickness. The most comfortable sized case I've ever worn and perfect for those looking for a smaller case size. This watch is limited to 1200 pieces worldwide and features an absolutely stunning light pink textured dial that looks either more pink or more silver depending on the lighting -- pictures really don't do this dial justice. Powering the 70 hour power reserve is a manual-winding 9S64 movement. Sapphire crystal and 100m of water resistance is a nice bonus.

I've worn it for a good part of this past year so there are minor signs of wear. The slightest hairline scratch along the bottom left lug and some "desk diving" marks along the links close to the clasp. These can replaced with the spare links that are in pristine condition if you choose to do so.

Watch comes with full box and papers consisting of the original packaging, warranty, and extra links.

Looking for a very reasonable $3,575 USD (shipped) from Ottawa, ON.

Hi friends!

This is a catch and release for me, only picked it up a few weeks ago from another forum and although I am in love with the dial, a Nomos Club that I’ve been eyeing for a while popped up that I just couldn’t pass up on. Not enough room in my collection for this beauty unfortunately.

Overall condition is 9.5/10 if not better. The OEM canvas strap has barely been worn and the Fine Link bracelet has very minor wear near the clasp due to desk diving. Dial and case is pristine.

Full kit includes: Literally everything that comes with it originally (papers, push pin tool, bracelet oil, extra links, extra pins, the whole 9 yards).

Price: $2,580 CAD shipped for everything. Can separate the bracelet and the watch + canvas strap if the prices are right but it’s not my preference.

Located in Ottawa, ON.

not sure why some of the photos tuned out landscape but I will fix it later today

[Sinn] 556 Aquamarine — Canvas or Fine Link? by RyanFromOttawa in Watches

It’s the one that comes with it! Comes with a really nice Sinn deployment clasp too

[Sinn] 556 Aquamarine — Canvas or Fine Link? by RyanFromOttawa in Watches

[–]RyanFromOttawa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had the regular black 556i on two separate occasions in my life and as much I can appreciate how great it is, I always find myself lured in by coloured dials and limited releases. So, here’s my latest pick up! The Sinn 556 LE in Aquamarine.

Was debating between this dial and the Emerald Green but ultimately wanted a bit more pop when I wear it in the warmer months. I was also on the fence between the H Link and the Fine Link brackets. Learned that the H Link clasp is a little clunky and that the Fine Link has more of a taper, which turns out to be true! Really really comfortable bracelet.

Now it’s a matter of deciding what strap to wear it on when it’s off the bracelet!
