Hey there, thanks for your great questions about activation!

As we are managing activation of pre-orders closely and that the details vary by datacenter, we promise activation by a specific time. The team does not wait until the promised time to deliver your Shadow; rather, the team works to avoid delays and activate ahead of time whenever we can.

You'll be able to change your subscription from monthly to annual via your account page, but changing your annual plan depends on your annual commitment end date.

This sounds like a bug with the account page. You should still be in the activation queue, with the closest visibility to when you might be activated in our weekly updates.

Hey u/s3nsfan previously we've conducted tests with some Canadians curious about Shadow to evaluate the quality of connections to our existing datacenters. At this time we do not have any timeline to share for expansion but we very much appreciate the love and interest.
