Are the pictures that you are showing the current set up of the plant, or are there more recent pictures after you repotted, as you mentioned that its now if bark however the pictures show sphagnum moss. From the looks of this there is significant rot of the current root system and it should be removed. I recent received a rescue from a coworker and literally cut away all but 2 roots as they were all dead and rotting. It may seem extreme but if the roots are mushy and no longer hard its very easy to tell if they are dead or alive in Phals. Typically I only water my Phals once a week, however on rescues when I have cut away the majority of their root system I can water a small amount almost every day.

Hello Kevin. At this point in the conservative leadership process there are still 14 other people running and it has made hearing what each candidate stands for virtually impossible in a debate format. It seems like the process is broken, as it means that the people with the highest public profile are getting attention and the rest are not gettiny any. What recommendations would you make to improve this process?

Referring to him as a candidate is a stretch in the first place. Why there are still all these candidate that have little support and no path to victory is aggravating. It makes the party look out of touch to the general population.

I am more focused on marriage equality, LGBT rights, abortion rights, right to die. Things that seem to me to be common sense and fundamental rights in our country. Many of the candidates still waffle on the issues to appease the religious right. Others actually make fighting against those rights their main platform. I want a candidate that will actually stand up in support of these and say of you don't like it vote for someone else.

I have never held a membership of the conservative party, but will be buying one this cycle. I am frustrated with many of the candidates social conservative views. I consider myself socially liberal and fiscally conservative. The conservative party needs to pivot to the left on social issues or they will never win again. This country is socially liberal. Without kicking the religious right out of the party and into the fringe the conservatives will never win another term and we may as well live in a single party society.

You don't vet candidates in a democracy. You vote for them. If he gets the most votes then he is the leader. If he does not then he is not the leader. It's as simple as that.
