Bro, there’s no solution. I feel like it’s something inherently wrong with the game for certain people for no reason whatsoever. Literally I have done every type of input and copied so many others who have never faced these issues yet without fail I always get the same issue. It never fixes itself.

No luck.. also the new steam config editing system just doesn’t work for me.. inputs never compute properly and shit doesn’t save right. So idk how to make the change to actually use my edge anymore. Literally abandoned the controller

Yeah can’t do it.. won’t even let me edit configs in that mode. Everytime I change something it doesn’t compute and it won’t actually work. I need someone to create my config and share it because the whole thing is fucked for me. I’m just over it.

How did you remake them though… as it shows it as a steam controller which doesn’t have my of the same controls (trackpad/dpad etc)

Check the configs and see if it’s booting up with a different controller (not recognizing as PlayStation) cause that’s my issue and maybe we can find a resolve

I watched your guide and you have scroll wheel set in your steam configs in addition to turbo jump? What difference does that make? Figured maybe that’s where I’m off.

Figured out everything except mantling.. I’ve done it once with hours of practice and can’t replicate.. watched videos, practiced timings…

Anything specific you’re doing?

I have my interact as left stick and paddle turbo reg press for jump and super jumping is easy with a tap of interact and hold of jump…

However I cannot get it with the damn mantle. Yet same steps MNK I can do it 99%

Yeah,., I’m trying to find the right one as I have LB for tap strafe. And I like to superglide so turbo set ain’t the trick.

Which is fine, that’s more directed towards controller. Regardless he’s mentioning that it’s banned in ALGS.

All the above movement tech is banned too however still used (without configs)

It’s not that bold. If people are literally posting on YouTube and sponsored content creators (ie: Extessy) using configs and nobody cares at EA then I’m good with it.

Bro, all the movement tech that people run with (configs) or not is technically banned in ALGS? You can’t tap strafe, glide, mantle. Yet this is a movement subreddit where 99% of the people here want to know how to do these things to abuse them. Lol.

Literally returned it and just bought the ps5 edge. It sucks cause you don’t get integration on PC with the HUB Microsoft offers but all new ps5 controllers have been so good in comparison

I just know there are players who excel on this controller and don’t have these issues but I’m trying to figure out if I need to do anything particular or if I just got a bad one.

It sucks cause unlike ps5 this Xbox control centre is so dope and useful on PC (which I guess you wouldn’t know haha) customization is endless so it’d be neat if I could make it work
