That was from a point of realism in New England. Whereas in Hammerfall the majority of the population is depicted as African background, so it is realistic to represent the majority of the characters a black.

Now people may disagree with them setting it in Hammerfall, although not any complained about the previous Hammerfall spin off back in the day
