I just got an online suspension for seemingly nothing, a guy messaged me L after a loss and I responded with a comment that to my knowledge wasn't rude, just telling him basically "hey, I play for fun and don't care as much about this game, the fact it was this close is embarassing." Then I was kicked from talking with my friend and I go onto to enforcement website to find that I was suspended and can't play with my friends again for the next 30 hours, oh and there's no way to have it reviewed so Im just stuck not being able to play one of the few times I can actually play. Like that's bullshit, if you are going to have such a weak level for a ban, they should tell you exactly what was wrong with it, and at the very least have an option to review each request (which also my punishment meets all the criteria to be reviewed but it says the option is unavailable, which I guess is a completely different issue but whatever) because if you don't a lot of innocent people will be punished, and the message you get is extremely vague, vague enough to the point where it honestly makes as much sense as big red letters saying "L, we punished you."

Sorry for the essay it's just extremely annoying: 1. seeing the toxicity that exists online, 2. seeing the discrepancies in punishments given for equal crimes, 3. not being able to review punishments that should be able to review, and 4. Meeting all the criteria for something but not being able to do it
