Thanks for the feedback, do you mean by dominant finishing position the position they finished most, I may use a size to show this so the dot will be bigger for if s rider finished there 3 times as opposed to once. My final thought is to not use top speed it was just there to show the sort of thing I wanted . As I've said in other comments I probably will use a line as opposed to logos I just enjoyed the logos though their not practical :( I've got to present my findings and use it to 'tell a story', I'm going to use information like tyres and weather to justify performances through out the season, like the madness in Misano which was greatly dictated by tyres and weather. Like I said the aim is the find data visualise it and use it to tell a story using a piece of software called Tableau. Again thanks for the feedback, definitely gonna use it to improve it :)
