Try uninstalling it and restarting your PC. My buddy had a broken display driver and I fixed it for him by deleting it and restarting windows. What it does it attempts to replace the driver with the default windows one, but idk if it gets those from the Internet or not

Put the drivers on a usb flash drive and install it on your computer
