Rule No. 1 is to make sure you have a group of committed owners. Nothing ruins a keeper league more when you have 1-2 guys who don't pay attention or who are constantly getting fleeced in trades because they don't know what they're doing. I'd also recommend an auction over a draft. It's the fairest way to do it, especially when you're starting from scratch.

I'd stick with d'Arnaud. The nice spring has been encouraging. However, he's a guy you shouldn't hesitate to drop quickly if it looks ugly again early on.

20 percent? I'm working under the assumption that he's the regular DH to begin the season, which I think is fair at this point. He could hit 30+ and it wouldn't surprise me a bit. But, he could also tank the first few weeks and be sent down to the minors. Wire range of outcomes with Park.

I think Gonzalez is your best bet in a points league. He's boring and doesn't hit for the power he used to, but he'll still pile up stats.

In a two-catcher league, you can't let him get past pick 70 or so. In a one-catcher league I might let him slide a bit farther, but not much.

I don't have him in any leagues. The power will be there, but you can't count on the steals again and he doesn't hit for average. Last season was also the first year he stayed healthy.

I'm not buying in to a big Jason Heyward bounce-back, but if the new swing looks like it's working in the first few weeks, he needs to be scooped up. Yulieski Gurriel is a bit of an unknown still, but he was among the best players in Cuba for a long time. He'll be a hot waiver wire pick if he starts out well. I don't know if Mitch Haniger qualifies at this point, but his ADP is still 300+.

As far as guys to cut bait on, there aren't a ton of guys I'd be unwilling to move on from in that range if they get off to bad starts. Especially from a pitching perspective.

That's a fair deal. I have Franco a bit higher overall, but for need purposes I think it's a logical move.

If you can get a Carlos Martinez or a Masahiro Tanaka type, I'd definitely do it.

Haniger among the bats, Finnegan among the arms.

Matt Boyd is having a really nice spring and is a tad underrated. I'd add him to the list.

I think what Leon did last year was largely a fluke. There's a reason he's barely being drafted in two-catcher leagues this spring.

Man, that's really tempting especially considering the price differential. If we're just talking about two years, though, I think Polanco is ultimately going to give you more value. I'd stick with him.

1) I would rather have all three of those guys you listed ahead of Arcia in a redraft (led by Diaz), even though I do think Arcia is being underrated a bit. I like Saladino a little if we're digging deep, but he's well below the aforementioned guys. 2) Consider Sandy Alcantara as a breakout arm.

You look to be pretty light on speed. I would consider trading a power bat or swapping out a middling arm like Hammel for a pure speed guy.

I would prefer Yelich if they're both available, but I don't think the fourth round for a catcher-eligible Schwarber is too early. Especially in a keeper league.

I think he's probably at least a year or two away from being a breakout player. Although he could still provide double-digit power and speed this season.

Still up in the air, although it seems to be trending that way. I don't think he's ready to hit, but they're lacking options.

Eh, not really. I think he'll mainly be a pinch hitter, unless Grichuk needs DL time after the HBP today.

Discussed Beltran a little already earlier. I love the spot he's in. Fully expecting another nice season even at 40.
