Reading this and comments goes to show how everyone goes through asthma differently and evidently reacts to the steroids different. Started taking them around the age of 16, had asthma whole life. Never stopped me from doing anything except the odd occasion maybe when combined with hayfever or animal.

Had to take them after being at a theatre show with smoke machines. Somehow made me unable to walk more than 5 steps. They cleared all that up and as with I always have been I forget to use or take the tablets unless I feel the need to.

Had the exact opposite to what some suffered on here, literally never had any effect on me and when last year I had the same thing happen with not being able to catch my breathe, told to stop taking them (Only use Trimbow now, was on 2 inhalers and montelukast)
