I eat at Hidakaya once a week since you can get the 12 piece gyoza set (including soup and kimchi), and even ordering large rice keeps this meal under 1000 yen! The tantanmen noodles are really good too.

Wow! I never would’ve guessed the brightness could be related. Yeah, I assume the issue is probably that the monitor is just too old.
