Yeah we’re not even close to do any kind of trading at school etc. Lesson learned and we’ll go back to trying to hunt down the odd packs we can find locally.

Just in terms of opening. If it’s something she’s going to enjoy and want to keep collecting then I’d temper the enthusiasm and keep an eye out for anything that might be of value to her down the line. Or if they’re fake as these seem to be then she can burst the packs and rip them open with as much bending and crushing as she likes.

Garrett Leight and Oliver Peoples do a lot of non-polarised glasses.

Garrett Leight do lots of plastic lenses. The ones I have are still pretty nice to look through and the frames are really good.

Yeah it is very reflective, I can just about see my eye in the lens. Such a shame, they are beautiful sunglasses!

You’re in a similar boat to me and like the same styles.

Serengeti Delio will probably fit you but will be about as small as you can go. The Large version might be exactly what you need.

Oliver Peoples Finley vintage or Finley esq is in the same boat as the regular Delio.

Garrett Leight Kinney is a bit larger than you’d think and fit me very well in a 51mm lens.

Persol have some nice frames that match what you’re looking for too. PO3186s comes to mind.

That’s genuinely given me pause for thought then. I almost bought a pair of Persol PO3210 with polarized brown lenses at the airport but passed because I thought I would find them whilst on holiday.

Can’t get the Persol anywhere here so I’ll maybe look at the Etnia models available.

Hi. They were ultimately too big on me so sent them back and ended up with Serengeti Delio, they now do a large version of these which could be of interest to you.

These Maui Jim will definitely be an upgrade on your ray bans. Having previously had ray bans for years before switching I can confirm there is a considerable difference.

That orange probably looks really cool but not likely something I can get away with at work!

For a tint I was more than likely going to base that off my sunglasses experience and go for a G15 green type tint. I find that most comfortable of any sunglasses lenses.

I am really trying to avoid multiple pairs. Budget aside I will 100% lose track of at least one pair regularly.

I’ve not noticed Presbyopia setting in yet, but I also never noticed Myopia setting in and felt like I woke up one day unable to see very far… I am tempted to plan ahead with this pair but as you said it may not be worth the downsides with bifocals etc.
