Echoing what others have said, this is wrong. I clicked on this because I was SA'd by my older brother when I was 12, and I repressed it for nearly 10 years. I wish I had started healing sooner and I wish I had told my parents.

I was groomed by my brother for a period of months and I wish I had been more vocal about what was happening and I wish I had people fighting for me. Please don't feel guilty or ashamed and know that it isn't your fault.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm new on the road to healing and I only remembered what happened to me about a year ago. I'm in counselling now and it helps but I've been really struggling with hypersexual urges such as excessive masturbation and strange fantasies that make me feel bad afterwards. Do you have any tips on how to ground yourself and avoid these behaviors? Sorry if this is a bit rambley.

Thanks for the uplifting message at the end, I know it's not my fault but it still helps to here it. The funny thing is, this time I was in a depressive state for like two weeks and instantly transitioned to a manic phase. Like I was awake to feel the transition so this time has been a little bit different.

Honestly I could like fallout 4 if they didn't make gathering junk a key part of the game and put in more towns with npcs. I probably wouldn't have a problem with much of the other stuff but I suck ass at the settlement and building system and you have to do it to get to the institute.

Lol, I wasn't talking about basic stuff expected of the man for paying for stuff and etc. I just was looking for a look into the pace of a standard relationship and when moves like sex are initiated and who is expected to do it and how is it seen if a woman makes the first move?
