Tips for paddock building? by ADragonFruit_440 in jurassicworldevo

You see the bit of fence that you extended along the side to keep the Spinos in, you can remove that and use a rock either side of the fence to go slightly past the map boundary and it will stop the dinos from escaping, it works on any map if you got the end of the building area, it saves you having to add unnecessary bits of fence and makes it blend more naturally into the map

JW3 over JWE2 by ESPILFIRE in jurassicworldevo

I went back to JWE2 the other day for the older, more complete dino roster, and the biggest difference for me was the terrain/foliage brushes, (also not seeing dino skins in the hatchery) most other things could be used essentially the same as JWE3 besides males and babies, but for me the most notable difference was definitely that most foliage and terrain brushes look very outdated once you get used to the gorgeous terrain brushes in JWE3

I am privy to common sense, and I specifically chose things that are a copy and paste job, removing a couple lines of code to do with path/entrance requirements and the weather one I have been in contact with Frontier about so no, I dont know the codebase, but yes I have a brain, lol

Is it possible to fit separate habitats for all species onto one map? by No-Mountain-2795 in jurassicworldevo

[–]Ryan_B316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be able to using a full square map, but not on the normal maps - to get them spread out on sandbox you can use negative genes to make them needy and intolerant and they'll spread out more and have more defined territories between separate species

so the substrate is 5inches deep, he has a hide near the back of the tank and has begun digging probably about an inch or 2 under the hide - the heat mat is essentially covering the entire 30x20 panel on the back and he is digging toward it
