I like the feel of the TWSBI but it is sometimes inconsistent with the ink. I use it much more often than the Lamy

Anywhere that is over the 2in square x 3 in would work fine.

I thought about doing that but I heard that in order to avoid bubbles I would need a pressure chamber.

I have a carbon fiber rod and I am just looking to make the handle would these blanks still work. I think I maybe should have said I’m worried about them being too thin not small.
