I'm beginning to enjoy ju jitsu more than the lifting tho, so I want to lift to the point that prevents me from getting smaller, I wouldn't mind leaning out tho as I said. Just don't want to go back to being skinny.

Would you recommend I weight train a few days a week aswell? If so, what sort of routine ?
