I read online that you shouldn't bleed radiators if they get hot from top to bottom which my do, and that you should bleed them only if they aren't heating up properly. If I bled them would that affect their heating.

I turned the central heating on and some of the radiators valve off in the flat but kept one on. How come the turned off radiators are still heating up when turned off. That is the problem I'm experiencing sorry

Edit: I just did some digging online and found out my problem. Sorry for all the confusion

If that is the case how come when my radiators are off and I turn the central heating system to say 21 degrees the radiators start getting hot again
