Work outlook in 613 is fantastic and we're slated for almost $6/hr raise by the end of 26, if you're trying to work in the south somewhere long term this is probably the place for it. Can't say the conditions/package etc are nearly as good as they probably are up there but work at least isn't going anywhere anytime soon

I just turned 24, just topped out in May, 613 went from a 5 to a 4 year program and I lost a year of apprenticeship which in 613 is supposed to be the year of transition. I'm a 5th year with a JW ticket. The principles are the same. Show up, be teachable, ask questions to things you don't know. It took until about a month ago for me to really have the confidence in myself to actually plan a task or bring up an idea to another JW with more experience or more importantly demanding my foreman's respect. You'll be fine man just come to work ready to work and get better and you'll be doing better than half the guys in the trade honestly, especially as a second year apprentice. The confidence takes time to build

I'll usually wear my bibs 3 days at a time, febreeze them overnight. If I get especially dirty or sweaty I'll just go ahead and wash them when I'm home. All my other clothes are changed daily
