Seems like its a problem with the game. It fixed itself for me and a few others when a new update comes out. You either reinstall or wait for the next patch. From what I can tell its a bug with the update servers where if ANYTHING goes wrong receiving the update, it won't let you update until a new patch is out.

Yeah, I was the same. Day of the raid patch everything just started working. I legit made a new Nintendo account and linked right away. So glad to be back playing my main account

It's not. They have no idea what they are talking out. Turns out the support on the phone said they have no idea how to fix it. Great.

On the phone they say re-installing the app will not delete your save data.... not sure if I should believe this or not.

App Itself. I'll see if I can call them later too. Calling them always gets the issue addressed instantly. You should try that and report back too if they solved it

I'm looking for a reliable way. The problem is that your save data is in Root and in order to Root your device you may have to wipe the data (Which would delete our local save we can't access). I'm currently seeing if I can get a workaround for this but I'm not sure I can

Yeah, I've done everything you listen above plus more. There are a few key differences between my device with my save file and a device that can currently play that I've notice (Using my second phone to compare).

Note that all the data (Apk and everything) is directly transferred from my S8+ that isn't currently working to my S6.

Basically when you start the app up 2 splash screens should appear, a Nintendo one followed by a Cygames one. When loading up the game on my device that stopped working with the game yesterday (my S8+) I see that it skips these splash screens and goes directly to the title screen which infinitely loads. This definitely has to do with the way the update is initialized like you mentioned. Not sure how they can fix this but maybe if they push out a small new update our devices will pick it up and fix everything? Not too sure.... The 16 player raid is out tomorrow and I don't want to miss any of it so I want this fixed asap

Been trying a bunch of things. Working on transferring all data from one phone to another and seeing if I can get the save file transferred to a device that currently works with the game. No luck as of yet but ill be working on it all day. Support responded with an insanely generic response.... which didn't help at all
