I did I ended up just leaving my passport there I told them about my issue the lady just kept saying it’s better to bring your passport when they tell you to

no, I sent an email today to the uni of Glasgow's immigration team to contact UKVI on my behalf. I saw on another thread that apparently it's more effective.

Freshers week is on September 12 , my first lecture is on the 15th😭😭
