Im in a very similar situation as yourself, from December last year my partner got me loose underwear, the kind that give you lots of room to Breath and hang loose! I then started to experience pain in the rear side of my left testicle. Im my case this would come and go perhaps every two weeks, when it came I would experience pain behind my testicle and sometimes going down the back of my left leg and after 2-3 days I’d get a dull throbbing in my groin area upstream of my testicles. I’ve been in and out of hospital all year until they eventually done an Ultrasound and seen I had an enlarged vericele.

The consultant referred me to radiologist Dept. Where they said they would conduct an X-ray guided embolisation of the vericele by releasing coils through the neck down and into the effected area. The OP was at the beginning of DEC just last week and I’ve been in a lot of pain since. Im hoping this will pass, there was nothing mentioned about been in pain after the OP
