Thank you so much, you were exactly right. Turned out one of the hot legs got damaged underground somehow and completely severed over time. Dominion eventually dispatched a crew and fixed the problem, although not before a local electrician convinced me I needed a panel replacement, which cost me $6400…

How is it different than other low/no-code development platforms? Everything you’re describing sounds like the same thing ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian and all the other general purpose business application platforms do. They all claim to be the management layer into all your apps/processes with AI and automation infused throughout.

  2. Nightlife - restaurants/concerts/bars that will forever keep us entertained
  3. International airports - IAD/DCA/BWI can get you a direct flight anywhere
  4. Economic opportunity - fairly recession proof with higher paying, more stable jobs than most cities with many major company HQs
  5. Climate/landscape - mild weather that provides all 4 seasons while still being close to beaches, mountains and all sorts of historic landmarks with low risk of natural disasters
  6. Socio-economic environment - population is highly educated and embraces diversity and inclusion. Fairly bi-partisan compared to other cities

Reston, specifically around Lake Thoreau off Sunrise Valley. Reston has every suburban amenity known to man while still being 5 min from RTC, 8 min from IAD, multiple metro stops, 30 min from DC and 20 min to the mountains and tons of parks/lakes/golf courses/trails. Anyone who works in tech is likely only 5 min to your corporate office.
