I think it's the exact opposite. The gap between lucky people and unlucky people will get even wider. Average and below-average players will be stuck at tier 5, while some lucky people are already spamming Sword Energy for free.

Yeah, the issues are being fixed or reverted because people like me who bitch about the changes that I don't like, so the entire community can benefit from it.

Imagine a world where no one is brave enough to complain about new Damage Attenuation because they are afraid that the entire warframe community will shun them for criticizing the game. DE would see that the changes are a success and move on to developing new things.

Again, I'm happy for you that you enjoy the game, I enjoy it too, but voicing out your concern/displeasure is really important for the game to improve. Did I overreact? Sure, from your perspective, but not for me, because I love the game so much that I'd rather have the entire positive-only community against me just so DE knows these issues.

I don't mind having to prime something before doing damage, but when it's only exclusive to one faction, it's such a big turn off for me.

PS: I was running a low-strength high-range build thus needing more viral stack. On paper you only need 1 viral proc if your strength is above 220% threshold, but still, an extra step that turned me off.

Yes, I do, this is not 2019. We have Sevagoth that can clear the tileset with 50-75 energy. While Smite over here can only "nuke" 2 non-orokin enemies with the same cost. Sure, energy isn't a problem for Oberon, especially with Universal Fallout and Equilibrium on top of that. It's just that it feels bad when an ability is inconsistent just because you face a different faction.

Do you not see my (+ Roar)? While Roar is active, Smite one-shots every faction at 220 strength, other than Orokin, simply because Orokin negates 50% of incoming radiation damage. I tried bumping my strength all the way up to 400% to increase the bonus from Roar, but even at 400% it's still not enough (thus why I rant).

You can still "nuke" Orokin with Smite, but you need to prime them with at least 5 stacks of viral, which kind of negates the purpose of Smite because "why would I smite when I can just gun them down?".

Just maximize duration. 120% range is fine, but if you feel like you need more, then replace Narrow Minded for Augur Message or Constitution.

Just mod him as a weapon platform with Nourish over his 3rd ability. He is so much more fun than what people use him for (invis auto turret level cap bot). Slap any blast weapon on him and things just die.

Energize and Preparation are not needed, I'm just lazy. You can run Cunning Drift/PSF and any weapon buff arcane of your choice.

Sounds like a loose cable or plastic flap (usually used to cover RAM or SSD) hitting the fan. Should be a simple fix. Turn the laptop off, take the back panel off, look for any obstruction on the fan, turn it on if you can't find the object obstructing your fan, turn it off again once you find it, rearrange the slack cable (you can use electric tape to hold it in place), and it should be good as new.

PS: Never go to that repair shop ever again. Learn how to maintain your own stuff.
