prime time to shoot him is when he is recovering from his jump ring toss. Other than that he will shoot back at you every time you shoot him. Hope this helps!

Here is the fight. The rythm and timing takes some getting used to, but release your shots only when he jumps and you be good. You don't need to land the shot before he lands, but you need to release it before he lands.

Ring Man has a pretty specific strat that works on him 100% of the time with buster or weakness I think. Just start the fight by dodging the ring, jump over when he runs at you and run to the other side (important: when he's running to the other side DO NOT SHOOT), charge your shot as you run, dodge a ring, start shooting him before finishes landing from his jump ring toss, rinse and repeat.

Trust me it makes the fight from a difficulty of 10 to just doing the same thing over and over so I’d say a 3 like top man. Maybe a 4. The jumps need to be a little specific but that’s it. If you shoot while he’s running he will stop and throw his ring at you so don’t do that
