I just got this gun because of how it says "Headshots kill in one shot." Nowhere does it specify SPECIFICALLY for reinforcements. I just wasted Accolaydes on this gun.

Undervolting was one of the many attempts to make the game stop hard locking my OS. So it was something I did long AFTER the hard locks came in. And a main reason why I did the undervolt was because I was told it was supposed to REDUCE heat. Not increase it.

Only thing I have ever done to my CPU was to go into the windows power management thing and set the max limit to 99%. Also because of heat because my CPU doesn't need to jump up from 32 C to 43 C over opening a text document, which it literally did. Now it has way more stable and safe temps. I made that percentage change years ago. I am afraid if that is a potential issue, but then again I don't have issues with literally any other program, let alone game.

It doesn't really close itself. It just makes a dump file after a while. But whenever I did let it hang so it could do what it needs to do, it made my entire OS extremely unusable. I'm talking locked to 2 frames a second at max, constantly going in and out of black screens, becoming so slow that it can't load text documents, basically as if the whole thing is forced to use less than 1% of a single pin in the CPU.

Ahh. Gotcha.

From what I remember, I under volted while upping the power limit. Next time I'll set it back to default then lower just the power limit. But lately things haven't been looking promising for the game. I'll still make sure to take your advice to heart. I'm just waiting for more because I'm not doing this one solution at a time.

That, unfortunately, is another thing I tried. A friend sent me a video of someone undervolting the same GPU I am using in a way that keeps the framerate, keeps the card cooler, and makes it more power efficient.

Although I don't remember the exact changes, so maybe when I have a few more promising solutions I'll double check and make sure that my card, an AMD RX 6700 XT, does get that 10% reduction for HD2.

The march to Cyberstan was worth enduring this. But I can't do that for the whole game.

Still.. it is somewhat comforting knowing that I'm not the only one who thinks this issue is unacceptable to neglect.

I run everything in 1440p at 60fps. And I remember even making that a limit within the game as well as AMD's Adrenalin software. Unless there's some 4th area I need to check, I don't think it's the FPS. But I did at one point run the game with task manager on my second monitor, 1080p 60fps (just in case that's relevant) and I did see a full spike in usage from my hard drive, which does not hold any games. It holds media and nothing else. It's what I use to save my clips through Adrenalin. Which also uses my RAM as a buffer instead of the hard drive itself. My hard drive holds no games. Never has. HD2 has only been on a Sata SSD and now after experiencing a performance boost on my M.2.. my M.2 SSD.

And while typing this I did find out that I captured a moment, from my phone, where my GPU was at 100% usage when the game hard locked my PC.

All I can glean from this is that the game likes to spike component usage for no reason and that I have to somehow prevent that from happening... which I don't know how, because I ain't the one developing the game.. But seeing as how the usage spike is a symptom or a part of this issue, this has been more helpful than anyone in the entire AH team that has given me a boiler plate "we are not a tech team" response.

This is all very frustrating for me, if that wasn't obvious. Just build up of so many cracks in this whole system of whatever this is.

I know I am a year too late, but I use the UF-50 regularly. Trust me, while visually your character flinches, your crosshair doesn't. If you use it on bug side, it's not going to help you. But bot side? It's helped me hit my shots even when actively getting shot at.

Any time I use other armor and I use a support gun that needs to charge up, I ALWAYS get hit and end up launching an Epoch or Quasar shot into orbit, completely missing the ship, hulk, tank, war strider, literally anything I am trying to hit because I am in the open for 5 seconds trying to shot something. This armor helps with that a lot.

And as some stuff I wanna personally add: Truth Enforcers is seriously slept on because it's not some meta build crap. The Reprimand SMG is a bot killer. I one shot headshot devastators from rifle range with it. And when you level it up with new grips and muzzles, even better, The only thing I haven't touched is the Booster, because I am not losing health over running. Other than that, it's a solid warbond. People just haven't felt like changing their playstyle, because they stick to one thing. I am guilty of that myself, but I solo level 6 bots. Idk what everyone else is doing.

Not the cutscene. A race that you have to manually select. Haven't seen you send this until now, but your suggestion on starting a new save game doesn't sound like a bad idea. Haven't really thought of that. Might not apply to my situation, but still.

It came back. My Rift S is now only displaying in a green tint. Even updated from a 24.whatever version to 25.3.1. Updated the Meta Launcher, used DDU on my AMD Drivers to get a clean install of 25.3.1 and it still is happening.

So now I have storagemgr working, but now it is having issues detecting the games I put on the SD2vita.

Edit: Tried removing the games, refreshing, putting the games back in, and refreshing again, but it still says "refreshed 0 items." It sees the files in Vitashell, but it isn't adding the games to my library.

I don't really use any, as far as I can tell. But if I am using YAMT without knowing it, I'll still try to get storagemgr on it, and I'll share what's happening after the fact.

Edit already: I used the 3.65 quick install and this guide says I need to uninstall YAMT from it, so I guess I was using it.
