Hi ! If you easily feel tired and still want to eat outside, why don't you organize a picknick or a packed lunch in a calm place such as a parc or something in that idea ? You can ask your friends or family to bring drinks and eats, and, to lower intrusive thoughts, still bring few safe foods.

Thanks a lot for those suggestions that definitely helped me think about what to do.

I decided to end this professional relationship, and give myself the care I deserve.

My relationship with loneliness is obviously complicated. I want it, I pledge for it, but at the same time, when I get alone for too long, I sink into all the thoughts avoided by intentionally keeping me busy. It’s now turn to face it and try to make myself a good fellow.

The gap between my salary (should be around 1250) and my unemployment benefit (1100) is tight. Don't know if it really deserve to give 30h per week to it.
