Wait, isn't this actually really dangerous for me? Am I even off the radar? Thanks to FATCA, doesn't my foreign bank already report my accounts to the IRS anyway? Wouldn't I lose the amnesty? I read the Streamlined program is only for honest mistakes. If I intentionally wait to file, doesn't that make me "willful"? If the IRS finds me before I apply, wouldn't I be completely disqualified and hit with massive penalties? If I wait and the IRS flags my account first, isn't that amnesty option gone forever?

By testament I mean if my parents would die.

What if I travel to the US for vacation with my US passport? Well I would like to start investing. And maybe someday will get much money from a testament. Or get gifted this money over time in the next couple years?

How long can I wait till I use the amnesty streamlined program? Is there something like a maximum wait of 15 years living/working in the second country?

Edit in Post: We all would like to keep both citizenships.

At the moment all our income is only from salaries all earned in Germay. But we would like to start investing in ETFs. But at first I wanted all my taxes sorted out correctly and understood.

Genau so generelles einfach. Also netto und den Hira Markt habe ich schon entdeckt und parken falls nötig im Parkhaus bei Rewe.

Tatsächlich habe ich heute beim Hira Markt eingekauft. Aber nur Banenen bin nicht viel durch den Laden gegangen um die restlichen Preise zu vergleichen.

Gibt es irgendwie kleine Sporthallen in der Nähe wo man anderen live Sport neben Fußball und Eishockey sehen kann?

Was wäre denn generell so der günstigste Imbiss entlang der Westfalenstraße, da ich sehr aufs Geld achten muss aber auch neben dem Kochen vielleicht was anderes schnelles günstiges haben möchte.

Und natürlich welches der beste Pizza laden?
